Apple foe Proview finds itself sued by own lawyer Proview, the Chinese company that sued Apple over theiPad trademark, is over a receiving end of a lawsuit by reviewing the google nexus 4 case own lawyers.

The Grandall Law office is suing Proview for your 4 % commission on Apple's $60 million settlement, about $2.5 million, as stated by a Sina Tech report.

Proview founder nexus 4 case Yang Rongshan characterized Grandall's lawsuit as "nonsense," using the report. He claimed that Proview may not be currently under "normal operations" and must 't be bound because of the regards to its obligation to Grandall.

The lawsuit comes less than a month after Apple settled its dispute over ownership about the name that graces its brand of wildly populartablets.
